Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates: Our FLAT SHIPPING FEE is $4.95. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the USA
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
International Shipping: For now, We only ship to USA customers.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team at jakejshop@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the damaged item, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at jakejshop@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely, including the original packaging and tags.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
